Brian Appling, SFR began his firm Appling Realty Group, Inc. in 2008. His scholastic tenure includes Piedmont College and Gainesville State College. His experience consists of collegiate education in Business Administration/Management. Also, he has an extensive knowledge of computer software, hardware, and network applications. Finally, he has industry experience in real estate, legal, banking, and professional sports organizations, including the Atlanta Falcons Football Club.

Brian is certified by the National Association of Realtors in Short Sales and Foreclosures. He has been in real estate since 2007, earning his agent license in the State of Georgia. He continues to work in the industry full time, helping clients through the real estate buying and selling process.
