i began my career in michigan in 1984 by obtaining a real estate license.  while the license remained in a referral status for years my heart was always in going full time as an appraiser.

after working in a unrelated corporate environment as an administrative assistant for 10 years i obtained my license as an appraiser trainee in 1998.  I immediately began receiving training under a commercial appraiser mentor/supervisor. 

my experience with various commercial property types moved along quickly.  after a year of focusing only on commercial properties i began appraising residential properties as well. 

my love for real estate has not ceased some 20 years later.
