I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1977.  My Associate Broker's  license was obtained in 1981.  During my 30 plus years,  I owned two different real estate companies in which I was the managing broker.  My expertise expanded to include subdivision developement and residential building.  Later I represented Fannie Mae REO listings (foreclosures).

Several years were spent as Board of Realtors President for the West Georgia Board of Realtors.  Two different years I won Realtor of the Year for that Board. I have sat on countless arbitration panels for the Board of Realtors regarding ethics. 

The Phoenix Award was presented to me for 10 consecutive years as a Million Dollar Producer.  I have held  a CRS Designation award (Certified Residental Specialist), which  is a highly sought award that can only be awarded when certain criteria has been met.  I also hold a GRI designation.

Currently I am licensed with Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage.
