Applying For A Rental

Elite Realty Group welcomes the opportunity to serve you during your search for a home.  We have a wide variety of rental properties available to choose from and many new ones being added on almost a daily basis.  

Our company has diligently strived to provide quality property management and tenant placement services for Atlanta and all surrounding metro counties for several years.  In our endeavors to provide you with quality management services, we have listened to your questions and concerns.  Therefore, we would like to make your application process and moving experience as easy as possible. 

If you are being represented by an agent, please make sure you provide us with you agent’s information at time of submitting your application.  Your agent will need to request a copy of our specific Residential Lease and complete your move-in inspection report with you.  They will also need to provide us with a Broker To Broker Referral Fee Agreement in order to be compensated for tenant placement.  

Once you have decided on a property we will need you to complete the following forms:

• Rental Application-Complete in its entirety, sign and fax back to our office.
• Verification Of Employment-Please have employer complete the form and fax to our office.
• Landlord Verification-Please have Landlord to complete and fax to our office.
• Credit Card Authorization For Payment-Complete form, sign and fax back to our office.

We require an application fee of $60.00 (one applicant) $75.00 (two applicants) and $100.00 (three or more applicants).  These funds must be paid in certified funds, money order or cashier’s check at time of submission of your application.  For all credit card payments, add a $10.00 sur-charge above the application fee for processing.

Once we have processed your application additional information will be required.  We will need the following documentation to finalize your application process:

• Last four most recent check stubs.

• Copies of your last two bank statements.

• Self employed applicants must provide us with their past two years income tax forms.

• Copies of your driver’s license and social security card.

After you have been approved to rent, we will schedule a time for you to come into the office and sign a Residential Lease.  At which time, based on your approval rating, we will require the rent(s) and security deposit in the form of  certified funds, cashier’s check or money order.  You will be given a Move-In/Move out Inspection Form to document the condition of the property when you take possession.  You must provide our office with a copy of this form once you have completed it.
