Ready to Buy?

Just follow these simple steps...

1.  Call me at (678) 358-4637 and tell me what you are searching for in your next home.

2.  Get pre-approved with your bank or mortgage broker. If you do not have a mortgage banker, I will be happy to give you a list of preferred lenders.

3.  Once we know the amount that you are qualified to buy, I will email you a list of MLS properties matching your search criteria. You choose which homes you want to visit and I'll arrange a showing of those homes. You may also search for homes right here online via my website.

4.  Visit homes with me representing you as your exclusive buyer's agent. If you visit homes without me, particularly in a new home subdivision, 
it is especially important that you register me as your REALTOR. 

5.  Never enter into a contract (purchase and sale agreement) or give a lot deposit on a new home without me there to represent you--to look out for YOUR best interests. Remember, the agent working at the new home subdivision or the agent whose sign is in the yard of a resale home represents the seller. You owe it to yourself to have your own representation, too.

6.  Once you find a home that you like, I will prepare and submit an offer for you. Meanwhile, you will work with your mortage banker to ensure adequate financing.

7.  I will schedule and attend the home inspection and renegotiate the contract due to any issues that may arise during the home inspection.

8.  Sign the closing documents.

9.  Receive your house keys and make sure that you obtain a home warranty.

10. Move into your new home! It's that easy!!
