        WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE TO OBTAIN MY REAL ESTATE LICENSE ?

       A.  You must take a 75 hour Pre License class which may cost $300-$475 depend-

             ing on where you take the class. You have to make a passing score of 75% or

             better on the Final Exam(70% or better if you are a member of a Veteran ).

             The next step is to take the State Exam. The same passing score is required

             for the State Exam as for the Final Exam.

             After you pass the State Exam the Real Estate Commision will activate your

             License after you have provided the following :

                                  +  Sponsoring Broker

                                  +  Criminal Background Check

                                  +  $170
