THINGS TO REMEMBER

 

  1. SIGNS:  If you see a home that looks like it might work for you, call us!  We’ll get all the info right away and FAX it to your home or office.  All we need is the property address!
  2. ADS:  The same holds true with advertisements in the paper or any real estate magazine.  Give us the heading of the ad and the agent’s name and phone number and we’ll do the rest!
  3. FSBO:  Most sellers will pay us a fee thereby eliminating the fee you’d owe us.  So call us with the For-Sale-By-Owner’s phone number and address and we’ll get all the information on the home for you right away!
  4. OPEN HOUSE ADS:  If you should decide to go through an open house on you own, let the agent on duty know up front that you’re working with an agent from Georgia Family Realty.com, Inc.  Ask if it’s okay for you to come through on your own.  They’ll likely invite you in.  We suggest you only provide first names if asked, and do not “sign in” on anything.  (Open houses can potentially cause a lot of commission problems for everyone, so the best thing you can do is allow us to show you the home by private appointment.)
