 The Hollis Team was extremely helpful with our cross-country move. When we arrived in Georgia we had to find a home quick. Rex and Jonell were able to meet me the following day with a list of homes for us to see in our specified price range and location. Any questions were answered within 24 hours, but most much faster. It was great to have two people on your side getting things done as opposed to only one, making it easier to reach one of them, and having someone available at almost any given time. They were a second set of eyes with everything, and they thought of things that would never cross my mind. They are a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone. We were more than pleased with the "service" you two provided.  Calling it a service doesn’t do it justice because you did so much more than that. Fall, 2007:  Service after the sale.

 

Some comments after sending the tax bill, which was in the Seller’s name, with a reminder to forward to the lender, comparisons of closing statement prorations and tax escrows (estimated vs. actual) and forewarning of a possible escrow pymt increase next year….
