Mission: Exceed my client’s expectations at all time.

 

Goal: Build a solid and profitable relationship with each customer. Since receiving my real estate licenses in 2005 I have work to provide the best service to all my clients wither they are buying selling real estate or just need real estate advise.

 

Order Request: BPO request can be fax, email, or phone in to me.

 

Timeframes: My turn around time for a BPO request is 48 hours. Once a BPO requests is made I will immediately notify you if I cannot complete the assignment within the timeframe guideline by making you aware of any situation which may extend normal turn around time.

 

Appointment Scheduling: For interior BPO’s I called the contact person within 24 hours to schedule the inspection at their earliest convenience.

 

Delivery:  The completed BPO report can be emailed to you. If unable to email the report it will be fax and the original photos will be emailed. I will update you periodically so that you can keep your client update.

 

Average  Photos for Exterior/Interior BPO:

 

  • 3 PHOTOS OF SUBJECT  ARE : FRONT, SIDE , BACK OR TOW SIDES
  • 1 PHOTO OF STREET SCENE.
  • 1 PHOTO Of ADDRESS VERIFICATION
  • COMPS (3 SALES, 3 LISTINGS, 3 REO) FOR THE PASS  6-12 MOHTHS.
