When we decided to move to Atlanta Georgia from California   and buy our first home we knew very little about real estate market there we also needed to sell our house in California in order to purchase one in Atlanta. What have were our requirements; we wanted a certain number of bedrooms, baths etc. We wanted to be close to shopping, etc. but we also wanted a quiet neighborhood. We wanted all these things, but we did not want to pay too much for a house. When we contacted Royan he helped us find a realtor I California who gets our house sold very quickly. Then he found us exactly the home we were looking for that matched all our requirements in Atlanta. The process went very smoothly and Royan gave us all the information we needed and in a timely manor. He was always available to answer our questions and explain all our options to us.  We closed on the house much earlier than we thought as a result of Royan’s skill and professionalism. I met Royan at a home buying workshop. He was very friendly and polite. I talk to him the type on house I would like to live in number of bed rooms, baths, neighborhood, but as a first time homebuyer I did not know where to start. Royan guide me through the process. First he found me a loan officer who was very professional in getting me a mortgage I could afford. Royan took me to several houses both new and old until I found the house I fell in love with.
