Thank you for visiting my website!  I have been a licensed realtor since 1987 and was with ReMax Greater Atlanta from 1994 until I opened Lakeside Realty, LLC in 2007 with Janet Kitchens, my sister.   I am a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Broker.  I have had numerous Multi Million Dollar Awards, Platinum Awards, a Chairman Award, a Phoenix Award, and a Lifetime Achievement Award. 

Janet and I as The Kitchens Team have specialized in Residential Homes with a big focus on New Homes.  We are experienced with new home construction, land development and site preparation along with the special skills necessary to help individuals make an easy transistion from one home to another.  We are 400 North Board of Realtor Members and value our professional status in the community where we live.   We are native Atlantans and have watched Atlanta grow over the years as we both have been residents of DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett Counties.  We both now live in Forsyth County with our families. 

I am married to Bill and we have 6 children and 14 grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild.  I enjoy gardening, boating, traveling and spending time with the grandkids.  We also enjoy spending time at our St. Simons Island home on the Georgia Coast.
