Thank you for visiting my website!  I have been a licensed Realtor since 1986.  I was one of the four Realtors who opened the ReMax Greater Atlana Cumming/Lanier office, and was with them until they closed this location in April of 2010.  I worked with Janet and Trace for years at ReMax, and have always admired their professionalism, hard work and success...This is why I chose to join Lakeside Realty.

I have enjoyed my career in Real Estate, and have been a Multi Million Dollar award recipient most years since 1990.  I have earned the ReMax Hall of Fame award, Phoenix Award, ReMax Masters of Real Estate degree, and GRI designation.  I am a member of the 400 North Board of Realtors and strive to conduct my business in a very ethical and professional manner.

I specialize in properties on Lake Lanier, and the surrounding areas.  I am a native Atlantan, and have lived on Lake Lanier since 1985, and owned lake property since 1981.  I have done a fair amount of real estate investing over the years, and have good experience with 1031 Tax Free Exchanges. 

I enjoy boating, water skiing, gardening,  music, and traveling.  I own two properties in the Florida Panhandle which I personally manage and rent as vacation rentals.  One is in Destin and the other one is in Inlet Beach.  I enjoy visiting there when time permits.  I also hold a Florida real estate license.
