The CURRENT LISTINGS tab above will only show OUR listings that are "active" in GAMLS.  It will not show properties that are under contract or sold.  This list is updated once every 15 minutes by GAMLS.  The most current information will be under this tab or under the HOT OFF THE PRESS further down on this page.  If the property is not listed in either place, it is under contract or sold.  Please contact me  for further information on sold or under contract properties.

HOT OFF THE PRESS - lists properties that may have had a recent status change.  An offer may have been accepted and considered under contract by the Seller, but no executed contract has been received so it cannot be modified in the listing service.  Some properties may have been selected for bulk portfolio sales, auction, highest and best offers, etc. 

The SEARCH LISTINGS tab takes you to Georgia MLS and all active listings.  Our listings are included in the database, but this search is more extensive and encompasses all listings by all agents.

The MORE INFORMATION tab contains information that will help you submit offers and answer some of the questions you may have regarding this process.
