Ashley Goodroe began her real estate career in 2005 and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Lake Country, the largest Real Estate firm in the Lake Country Area.  Ashley is an Associate Broker who specializes in sales and leasing of Commercial Real Estate and Property Management around the lake and surrounding areas.

Prior to working with Coldwell Banker, Ashley worked for Sycamore Oconee Real Estate, where she was a top producing Commercial Sales and Leasing agent and McGinnis Realty, where she sold and leased nearly 15 Million Dollars in real estate in the lake area over a three year period.  While also working at McGinnis Realty, she was a contractor with S&K Development from 2006-2010, where she managed over 300,000 square feet of commercial condominiums, townhouses and shopping centers, including Spotlight Theatre at Lake Oconee. She also gained management experience while working for Reynolds American Properties managing the grounds of their commercial property owners association, Lake Oconee Village, which encompasses 609 acres of property along Highway 44.    Ashley has much knowledge of management and customer satisfaction, working with over 100 businesses and property owners to ensure the properties were up to the high standards expected by each of them. 

Ashley graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Health. 

Ashley is a member of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Lake Country Board of Realtors.
